Our Client, a world leading Tier 1 Iron Ore Producer with multiple mining operations based across the Pilbara is currently seeking a Systems Integration Business Analyst to join their Systems Integration Team in either their Perth or Brisbane office depending on point of hire of the successful candidate.Please note there will be some travel required between Perth and Brisbane.The main role will be to provide ongoing Business Analyst support for the systems integration workstream during the phase of the transformation journey.Detailed scope of workElicit detailed system requirements aligned to process F2 Manage Risk Global Process.Ad-hoc process modelling of various current state processes to help stakeholders understand system requirements and to inform future state.Current, transition and future state business process requirements gathering/refinement.Support the requirements progress between various stakeholders when features and user stories need further investigation and requirements coordination.Support all systems product backlog and be the conduit between the Product Owner, Systems Leads and various other key stakeholders as required to finalise requirements and deliver the backlog defined by the user centred design processes.Support the 3-phase staged implementation of BowTieXP Enterprise.Maintain the detailed requirements list.Participate in Design Thinking workshops to collate and analyse data captured to inform future state design and integration requirements.Lead the workshops, process establishment and embedment of tactical RACI/RAPIDs to support the coordination and deliverables between both the HSES Domain and 3LoD program.Support the requirements of the systems deployment strategy and execution plan. Core skills/experience required:BPMN 2.0 proficiency and experience using Adonis process modelling solution or advanced process mapping skills using other appropriate tools.Strong understanding of Risk Management principles and practices within business operations.Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, with a strong focus on design thinking, and user requirements gathering/refinement.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex requirements into clear user stories and backlog items.Ability to problem solve, resolve conflicting requirements and recommend solutions.Experience with Agile tools, such as Azure DevOps is desirable.Advanced experience using Office 365 applications, e.g.Lists and integrations, Power Automate, Teams and integrations, Online Project, Tasks etc.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with HSES or Risk Management applications such as BowtieXP, Enablon, Archer, or other similar technology solutions.Business Analysis certification, such as BABOK is desirable.Be able to deal with ambiguity.Ideally the candidate will have strong change management experience in delivering end-to-end technology projects i.e.analysis, requirements, user stories, solution design/develop/technical deployment through to business-wide implementation, handover and close out.Experience working in complex programs of work.Exceptional stakeholder engagement/management skills and capable of navigating complex organisational structures within the resources sector.Ability to work autonomously and show initiative.Exceptional organisational skills and be able to manage tasks effectively/efficiently.
