About the role: The primary purpose of the Medical Sales Representative will be to provide the highest levels of customer service to HCPs and key stakeholders in the Primary Care environment across the Newcastle/ Central Coast region. All customer service activity is directed at achieving the defined territory's sales & business objectives through implementation of strategies and tactics as determined by Arrotex and Farmaforce's management. It plays a crucial part in results-delivery by driving the execution of Arrotex's sales and marketing strategy in primary care. This is a full-time permanent position. Role & Responsibilities: Partner closely with local GPs and pharmacists by providing sound product advice and knowledge to improve patient outcomes. Develop and manage a given territory with the goal of maximizing required results; this may include regular travel to country areas where assigned. Development of territory business plans that encompass an account management approach across prescribers. Understand and analyse performance targets in respect to prescriber initiatives and measure impact on territory. Engage with your customers to build confidence in your products. Gaining access to HCPs whether through pre-arranged appointments or drop-ins. Building and maintaining positive working relationships & networks with HCPs, and their medical and supporting administrative staff. Managing budgets (for catering, outside speakers, conferences, hospitality, etc.). Skills & Experience: A consultative approach – this is more than just a job for a rep. Proven competency in sales, in particular, to medical, pharmaceutical or allied health. Great time management and organisational skills. High levels of collaboration. You may be flying solo in your territory, but at Arrotex we value teamwork. Somebody who sees feedback as a gift and embraces continuous learning. Must have a current and valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
