This Sales Administrator position is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing Lead Agent in a fun and vibrant office environment.
Duties:
* Preparing forms 6 and contracts
* Organising photography, building and pest inspections, and valuations
* Running marketing campaigns
* Social media management
* Preparation of listing presentation and appraisal proposals
* General administration and support duties
* Email and diary management
* Database management
Requirements:
* QLD Certificate of Registration
* Driver's license
* Previous experience in the Real Estate industry
* A passion for the Real Estate industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding organisation and time management
* Ability to deliver high-end customer service
