You will be working as an Executive Assistant, supporting the director who has 10+ years of real estate experience. This is the perfect role for someone who has similar experience in real estate, is highly organised, and can work under pressure. No two days will be the same in this challenging position, and it would be perfect for someone who thrives in a busy and fast-paced office!
The Role:
* Providing support to a highly reputable, successful director
* Handling all sales administration and client services
* Managing diary and appointments
* Liaising with the Operations Manager
* Organising campaigns
* General support to the team
The Candidate:
* You will have experience in a Real Estate EA role
* Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
* A current certificate of registration or licence
* Valid driver's license and your own car
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
