AG Agronomics Pty Ltd is a well-established agricultural services company located in Port Fairy, Western Victoria. We specialize in the supply of agricultural fertilizer and contracting services to businesses related to cropping, horticulture, beef and sheep operations throughout Victoria and interstate.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and suitably qualified and experienced Administration Officer to join our team, based in Port Fairy on a permanent full-time basis, beginning in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Sales support – assisting key account managers with day-to-day operations
* Client communication - addressing account queries & requests in a prompt and professional manner
* Client account management
* Receival of supplier invoices and weigh dockets, matching debtor orders and identifying discrepancies
* Reporting – Generate regular reports on sales performance and account activity
* Logistics support where required
About You
To be considered for this role you will possess:
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new systems
* An ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* A history of excellent customer service
* Previous administration experience, ideally with invoicing and account management
* Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
