About the job We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant who would like to interview us for the opportunity to be their next employer. We have a presence in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, North Queensland and Perth. This role will be based out of our Cairns office in Tropical North Queensland. The role will involve sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top-quality talent to clients. You will have the opportunity to support clients and build your own network. You'll also have access to our existing database of valued clients and candidates which will enable you to hit the ground running and achieve success quickly. As a guideline, you will: Provide tailored end-to-end recruitment services to a portfolio of clients across Australia through consultative recruitment and tailored recruitment processes for permanent, contract, and temporary roles. Produce quality shortlists of candidates for hiring managers with comprehensive overviews of candidates, experiences, and behavioural attributes. Consult with hiring managers and recommend the best strategies for successful talent acquisition.
