We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Coordinator to support the delivery of key People & Culture initiatives across the national business. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate eager to kickstart their HR career and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.
Collaborate on People and Culture projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and diversity & inclusion strategies.
Coordinate and maintain HR documentation, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Contribute to the development and communication of policies, procedures, and best practices.

Ability to execute plans effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
Initiative-taking and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
