Award/Classification: Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 6 $105,921.00 to $119,801.00 per annum Employment type: Permanent, full-time Region: South Location: Hobart Duties Provide leadership, technical input, development and management of asset management and accommodation planning functions. Oversee the effective management of the Department's property portfolio. Administer and provide specialist advice to DPFEM senior managers relating to the Department's accommodation facilities, complex property leasing arrangements, and other general property-related issues. Responsible for the completion of other complex property or other physical assets as required.
