As a recruiter and account manager at Labour Line, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, while also being responsible for sourcing and placing staff to support their business needs. This is a full-time, mostly work from home position. What you'll be doing Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.Develop an understanding of your clients' businesses and staffing requirements.Proactively identify and present qualified candidates to meet client needs.Screening resumes/applications and interviewing potential candidates.Maintain a database of candidates.Carry out site visits, meeting clients and workers and completing safety checks.
