How will I help? We have a unique 10-month opportunity for a senior leader to lead Data Programs for the Chief Data Office within the Business & Wealth division supporting Project UNITE! Your role as a Program Manager will see you designing and delivering key transformation outcomes to support the bank’s data strategy. You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, driving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth, leveraging your expertise as a highly experienced transformation leader. You will have a proven track record in successfully delivering and implementing large scale programs of work with exceptional leadership, governance, program execution and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, you will bring proven experience working with data across the Business & Wealth division, and Technology and Data Platforms. Key responsibilities Responsible for the management and delivery of specialised data programs for the Business & Wealth Division Lead a cross-functional team including Program Managers, Project Managers, Change Managers and Analysts, together with third-party providers to ensure alignment and delivery of key milestones and outcomes Manage end-to-end program delivery from discovery and planning to implementation and embedment, to ensure outcomes are delivered to agreed scope, quality, timeline and budget Lead business case development and manage Program financials, including investment submissions as part of the quarterly business review (QBR) and Business Strategic Review (BSR) process Manage resource planning and recruitment to ensure alignment of right people in the right role and on-boarding of appropriate skills and capabilities Manage detailed project schedule with key business partners, including Lines of Business, Technology and Data Platforms and ensure effective RAID management and escalation (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) Provide monitoring and executive reporting on program status, including issues and risks as per Transformation Delivery standards Ensure effective change management including engagement of key stakeholders and management of implementation and embedment Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, including Sponsors and Product Owners across the organisation What’s in it for me? Extensive experience as a high performing Program or Portfolio Leader managing a diverse team within financial services Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering large scale projects / programs of work with costs above $50m across multiple business areas Excellent program governance and financial management skills to ensure robust monitoring and reporting Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization Strong understanding of risk management in a complex environment and ensure adherence with Three Lines of Defence model and compliance obligations Ability to think creatively and outside the box to identify new opportunities and solutions Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field Project Management qualifications such as Prince2 or PMBOK Please note, this is a 10 month opportunity.
