About the Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the senior team in guiding a skilled group of chefs as they prepare and execute innovative, evolving menus. You will have the chance to work alongside guest chefs and play a vital role in some of the best bespoke events in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Sound culinary knowledge.
* Creative and innovative mindset.
* Desire to further develop your skills.
* Experience working in hatted or Michelin-starred venues for our fine dining outlets.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods.
