This role requires constant involvement in the continuous process improvement cycle to match industry standards and innovations within the university. You will lead a service-oriented culture with teams to deliver services aligned to Charles Sturt's goals and strategic plan.You will have accountability for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Information Technology support and processes with involvement in procurement and provisioning of IT equipment for staff and Charles Sturt teaching and meeting spaces.About you Extensive experience in managing, motivating and leading a team, building cohesion and setting common goals to achieve high performance and continually developing knowledge and capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to initiate, lead and promote customer-focused support services in a distributed IT environment with a large user baseEagerness to learn and quickly grasp technical knowledge needed to connect customer requirements with team service and support accountabilitiesDemonstrated commitment in developing and maintaining valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWork-life balance (including a hybrid work model)About us We are a university of the land and people of our regions.
