Focusing on Large Ag Sales throughout the Bega / Monaro region, you will be responsible for driving 'Green' within your Area of Responsibility.
Position Overview
Our Sales Representatives provide specialist support and machinery recommendations based on customer needs and individual operations, working with current industry trends, predicting sales requirements and continually expanding your knowledge of the John Deere product and the agricultural industry within the region.

About the role
As the successful applicant your day-to-day may include, but is not limited to:
* Planning and executing a sales for a broad range of agricultural equipment throughout the region
* Preparing and delivering equipment proposals
* Organising and participating in equipment demonstrations
* Participating in trade shows or customer events
* Being customer focused and continually exceeding their expectations
* Maintaining knowledge of financing options to assist with the purchase of goods
* Attending training days and continually keeping up to date on product knowledge
* Maintaining and developing new and existing customer partnerships
* Providing superior customer service to exceed your customer’s expectations and needs, with exceptional communication skills, problem solving and conflict resolution ability
About you
As the successful applicant you will have/be:
* Attention to detail for the completion and follow up of sale agreements, ordering requirements and John Deere finance process applications
* A team player who promotes Hutcheon and Pearce’s values
* Top notch planning, selling and follow up skills with an exceptional customer focus
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
* The ability to work flexible hours
* A current and valid manual driver’s licence
* Honesty and integrity
* An understanding of farm machinery would be an advantage, but not essential
