The Role
To provide legal secretarial support to a friendly and down to earth Partner and their team within a leading general insurance team.
Duties
1. File management (both electronic and hard copy filing)
2. Preparation of court documents
3. Drafting and editing documents
4. Client engagement
5. Diary management
6. General administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
7. Previous experience as a legal secretary
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills
9. Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
10. Superior organisational and prioritisation abilities
11. Good technical skills
