Physiotherapist Full Time Permanent Contract Mackay QLD Australian Health Professionals (AHP) is seeking a dedicated and qualified Physiotherapist to join our dynamic allied health team in Queensland. In this role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised physiotherapy care, tailored to the unique needs of our live-in residents. Your expertise will help improve their mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. The Role: Regular RACF duties may involve; 1 to 1 treatments - see residents with specific treatment plan (evidence based treatments), referrals and assessments (falls and injuries) and exercise classes (focus on improving function). This position involves regular collaboration with on-site staff including, registered nurses and care staff, as well as other medical and allied health professionals. Roster: 38 hours p/w (Monday to Friday) Flexible start & finish times. Commence ASAP, or in February/March 2025 Work at only one residential facility, no additional driving required Work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team No independent KPI structures. Skills & Requirements: Qualification as a Physiotherapist. Experience in residential aged care in Australia. Ensure high communication is met with your regional manager and rostering team. Willingness to learn and implement feedback. General AHPRA Registration, no limitations or restrictions. NDIS Workers Screening Check (Can apply through AHP). Valid National Police Check. Two successful clinical references. Up to date with the 2024 Flu shot & x2 COVID-19 Vaccinations x1 Booster 3 shots. Preferred candidates will have full working rights in Australia.
