Canford Estate Agents – Chevron Island QLD We require someone special to join our very successful boutique Real Estate Agency based on Chevron Island, Gold Coast. We are offering a full-time "Office Administrator" position with the opportunity to work with our experienced sales team in both commercial and residential sales. Training and guidance will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Real Estate background preferred but not essential. Previous experience in Real Estate is highly regarded. Hold a strong level of computer literacy and up to date technology skills. Be flexible and happy to learn new things. Have pride in your appearance and the presentation of your environment. Exceptional attention to detail, thorough and accurate – you will be required to complete some tasks that are repetitive in nature but are also very important. Confident and professional communicator, you will be the face of the business and will be welcoming all visitors. Experience with a sales CRM is a must, specifically REX CRM will be held in high regard but is not essential. Hold a valid driving licence. Good time management and experience with competing demands, the ability to remain calm under pressure is important. The applicant must be up to speed and proficient on: Microsoft Office Suite Google Drive Cloud-based systems Social media (Facebook – LinkedIn – Instagram – X) Hold a level of understanding of AI Website Upkeep (WordPress) About the role: Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses as necessary with overview on Trust Accounts. Real estate trust accounts will be a large part of the role. Completing Form 6's and Contracts of Sale through RealWorks. Uploading new listings onto portals such as realestate.com.au, Domain, Develop Ready. Maintaining data in various systems. Assist with all forms of the day-to-day running of the office. Provide excellent communication to all clients. Daily use of CRM. Answering phones & inbound support enquiries. Support the lead agent & team where needed. Diary and schedule management. Working proactively and autonomously through day-to-day tasks. Welcoming all guests in the office. Maintaining the office upkeep and appearance, organising routine services such as annual pest inspection. General office supervision overview. Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings where necessary. About us: We use MAC systems. Very future-focused and always looking to work smarter not harder. We complete both commercial and residential sales. Modern comfortable office space on Chevron Island with staff parking. Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00pm work week (some out of hours work may be required from time to time). Small friendly team. We work with clients locally, statewide, nationally and internationally.
