The Role Our band 1 Financial Lines team specialise in professional liability matters, collaborating with clients across the insurance sector. We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Melbourne team, focusing on complex professional indemnity cases within the construction industry. In this role, you'll work alongside Andrew Brennan and other Partners in the team who are experienced in construction related claims. Andrew has a strong track record in defending claims against construction professionals, including architects and engineers, and providing construction based coverage advice to insurers. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and growing team, working on complex and high profile matters within the construction industry. Who you are Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia. Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in professional indemnity, construction litigation or a related field. Strong technical legal skills and a proven track record in handling complex legal matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
