About the Opportunity The Regional Administration & Finance Assistant provides efficient administration and finance support to Aged Care Services teams across all regions. You will work closely with the Program Managers and Coordinators carrying out a range of administrative tasks in a fast paced and changing environment. You will be the face of our Aged Care Services team, providing information and managing queries through the Anglicare NT phone tree. This role will also be responsible for providing coverage assistance to our head office receptionist where required. This may include a regular weekly roster of lunch time coverage or reception duties to backfill receptionist leave and training requirements. To be successful in this role you will have: Certificate in Business / Administration Studies or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a relevant role such as reception and or business administration is highly desirable. Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care and NDIS reforms, quality accreditation processes and commitment to continuous improvement of services. Strong customer service background, including the provision of administrative and finance support along with reception experience (with internal and external customers). Highly developed computer skills Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, their families, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations.
