Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including restaurant, room service, bar, and functions.
* Responsible for the venue's Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
* Completing monthly beverage stock take.
* Mentoring and managing staff.
About the Restaurant:
* A busy environment catering to guests and external reservations.
* We have 3 function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch, and à la carte dinner.
* 1 main bar open 7 days a week.
