Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available in the Corporate Affairs team. The Opportunity You will be joining 3 other full-time Client Service Coordinators. Your duties may include: Preparing and lodging ASIC documents Keeping up on ASIC and software changes and attending BGL seminars and user groups Registration and maintenance of business names Setting up discretionary and unit trusts Company registrations Fee preparation and management Assisting with client queries and tasks as required.
