They are now recruiting a Marketing Executive to work across multiple centres in the Perth's northern suburbs, supporting the on-site Manager with the strategic marketing and local roll out across the centres. This position is part time, 3 days per week.
You will be a key team member assisting in the development and strategic focus of the marketing plan with a strong focus on engaging community and maximising the success of the centre and its tenants.
Additional duties include:
Assist with the preparation of the marketing plan, budgets and development of strategies. Maintain good working relationships with retailers, media and customers. Creation of innovative activations with a focus on community engagement. Produce and distribute a monthly newsletter Monitoring payments of accounts ensuring creditors pay in a timely manner. General administration duties. To be considered you will hold a Marketing degree or be close to complete as well as some proven market experience ideally within Property. You will have strong organisation and planning skills with a key ability at developing relationships.
