Ally first opened its doors in Sydney in 2001 and now has over 150+ stores nationally as well as a thriving online store shipping worldwide.We are on the lookout for an energic Part-time Sales Assistant to JOIN our Hobart store!ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will see the successful candidate being focused on delivering an AMAZING customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapports with regular customers, and recognizing the loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.Each of Ally Fashion team members will be the ambassador of our brand, modeling Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while ensuring that we are able to make every day a brighter day as a team!The Part Time Sales Assistant will be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late-night trade and will be exposed to opportunities to work in a variety of different areas of the store such as on the sales floor, front register to assist checkouts, fitting room assistance, and in the store reserves.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, connecting/consulting with, and understanding the customers to drive the store’s sales results, maintaining other in-store visual merchandising, and supporting duties.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you will genuinely love fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and have a passion for success. You will need to be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven; you will thrive when provided with challenges and work well either in a team or autonomously.
