Description Long term contract – 2046 – job security Job hours 7.6hrs per day with flexible start & finish times Positive team environment with a focus on your ongoing learning and development Our Facilities and Asset Services team has an opportunity for a Service Delivery Administration Assistant to join the team located in Canberra, ACT. You will work closely with and provide support to the Management team to assist with all the various aspects of administrative function for the ANU Contract. You will be providing administrative support to the ANU Management team in service delivery, liaising with delivery teams asset management, technical projects and service delivery, compliancy with contractual requirements (inductions, certificates & licences), finance, assisting with accounts payable, raising purchase orders, invoice receipting and accounts queries, working on WMS dockets and all other administrative duties which include incoming calls, email enquiries, greeting clients, visitors. This is a busy role, so you must be well organised and disciplined in supporting your stakeholders. Every day will be different and will keep you on your toes ABOUT YOU Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of staff and stakeholders; Experience in office administration and record keeping Experience in accounts payable/procurement Desirable experience with building and maintaining team and customer relationships High attention to detail and excellent time management skills a positive “can do” attitude and great work ethic Strong computer literacy and be able to pick up internal systems Ability to work in a team environment and form collaborative team relationships Hold and maintain a valid working with vulnerable people (WWVP) card Understanding and demonstrated awareness of work health and safety issues, policies and procedures.
