Key Responsibilities
* Develop project plans in alignment with company standards.
* Collaborate with contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
* Oversee procurement, negotiations, and contract compliance.
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
* Implement stringent quality control and assurance processes.
* Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
* Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
* Assess and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.

Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 6+ years of experience in project management within major civil infrastructure projects.
* Experience with roads, stormwater, highways, or similar large-scale civil works.
* Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
* Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and managing project timelines.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
