About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our dynamic Digital Delivery team at Brandbank.
* Assist with planning, prioritising, and executing digital projects, ensuring smooth product delivery.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to capture feature requirements, document user stories, and set clear acceptance criteria.
* Communicate project goals and timelines to third-party vendors and internal teams, ensuring alignment and progress.
* Assist with UAT and end-to-end testing across digital platforms, ensuring solutions meet high-quality standards.
* Configure digital platforms as needed and provide technical support to resolve any issues.
* Use data analysis techniques to generate insights and make fact-based decisions to improve digital products.
* Monitor platforms to address performance issues, maintain service levels, and ensure quality standards are met.
* Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes within the team.

About You
We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce professional who can bring their skills and passion to our team.
* Mandatory requirement: E-Commerce experience.
* Must have worked with UX and UI teams.
* Understanding of metrics around experimentation.
* Tertiary qualification in Business Information Systems/Technology or related field.
* Previous experience in a Digital Producer or Analyst role within a digital agency or client-side digital team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proven time management, planning, and prioritisation skills.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Understanding of agile product delivery frameworks and SDLC.
* Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and retail technology platforms (eCommerce, order management, etc.).
* Knowledge of web design, UX standards, and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
* Familiarity with web content management systems and IT/supply chain processes.
