They are currently seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join their team and play a key role in supporting both their office operations and training initiatives.As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions, and assisting with internal training programs.
You will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.
This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive attitude to contribute to the firm's overall success.Key Responsibilities:Manage general office operations, including organising office supplies, equipment, and facilitiesCoordinate meetings, appointments, and eventsHandle overflow incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiriesAssist in maintaining office facilities, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the office is always in a safe and clean conditionAssist with the planning, coordination, and scheduling of internal training programsGeneral all round administrative assistance to the Partners, lawyers and broader teamAssist with basic financial reportingOversee marketing/business development functions and social media accountsMaintain knowledge of government legislation and regulationsAssist with induction and training of new and existing staffDevelopment and maintenance of practice systems, software and processesClient services and IT/ help desk support where necessaryOther ad hoc secretarial and administration tasks.About You:To be successful in this role, you will possess at least 2 years of administration experience within a professional services industry.
This position would suit a proactive, decisive, professional, flexible individual that has strong interpersonal skills and can work unsupervised to produce quality results.
