Job Description
In this role you will:
1. Clean guest rooms, storage areas and corridors as allocated to the required standard.
2. Ensure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
3. Report any lost property following correct procedures
4. Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated.
5. Ensure guest laundry is handled in line with Hotel policy.
6. Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual.
7. Ensure all department equipment is maintained to a high standard.
8. Assist with regular equipment stocktaking.
9. Ensure the security of keys and guest rooms at all times by adherence to security procedures. Report any suspicious persons or items to Supervisor.
10. Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturers instructions.

12. Previous experience in similar roles within a Hotel environment
13. An interest to learn and develop your career with industry professionals
14. A high standard of hygiene, grooming and presentation
15. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
16. Flexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays.
17. Availability Monday to Friday from 8 to 3:00 pm a must
