Your leadership will be crucial in driving their success, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering a culture of excellence. Responsibilities :
6. Directly supervise frontline field service employees, providing mentoring, support and training to deliver the long term strategy
7. Engaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience
8. Supporting and holding the team accountable, driving development and culture
9. Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians
10. Manage resources for adequate coverage and customer needs
11. Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
Experience:
12. People leadership experience managing remote field based teams to success
13. Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
14. Ability to handle tight deadlines and competing priorities
15. Ability to build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders
16. Accountability for business results
17. Ability to effectively drive business objectives through leadership and management of people
18. Ability to achieve efficiencies and drive systematic improvement processes
