We have an opportunity for an qualified Upholsterer to join our hardworking Defence Maintenance Contract team based at Amberley, QLD. This is an opportunity to join Ventia in a role which provides a corridor for a great lifestyle outside of work!
About the Role
As an Upholsterer you will be inspecting, quoting and repairing various Defence tents, canvases and some vehicle upholstery equipment which also include seats, roof and door linings or interior trim or floor coverings.
This role will suit someone who can do repetitive and regimented tasks but at a comfortable pace. This could also suit someone who's been away from the trade but is ready to get back into it again!
About You
• Trade Qualified Upholsterer OR Cert 3 in Vehicle Body – Trimming.
• Current Open Australian driver's license is required
• You must be an Australian citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance
