About This Role The Training Centre Manager (TCM) proactively leads and manages the service delivery for their assigned platform(s) to meet the customer's changing needs and ensuring adequate prioritisation, including leading the Integrated Platform Team and working with the project execution team for integration and transition of acquisition projects and discrete projects. Reporting into the Key Accounts Manager, the TCM is the customer's first point of contact for site operations. This role will be based at RAAF Base Amberley, QLD. The role we are offering you Customer liaison including onsite attendance at meetings and acting as first point of contact for the customer's Logistics Authority Leading an Integrated Platform Team incorporating projects, maintenance, training, engineering and functional support staff Collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders, internal and external Work closely with the Key Accounts Manager for development, maintenance and future planning for the site and program.
