Every Patient Matters.Job DescriptionIn this role, based in Corporate Services/Richmond, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Early Careers Programs to ensure a consistent approach to recruitment, onboarding, program operation and support for nursing and midwifery graduates. This includes providing on-site support to the site-based education teams and graduates. You will be part of the Epworth Group Graduate Support team and report to the Epworth Group Manager Early Careers.To be successful in this role…You will promote a culture of learning and ensure education, and the clinical support provided is evidence-based to meet the ongoing development needs and grow the future workforce.You will have:A minimum of five years’ experience in nursing education.Demonstrated ability to work strongly with dynamic and diverse teams.Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.Demonstrated experience in a clinical nurse educator or facilitator role.Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes.High level of self-motivation, accountability, and ability to work within agreed parameters.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced registered nurse looking to progress and develop their career journey in clinical education and training.QualificationsCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.Relevant Postgraduate qualification (or working towards).Additional InformationAt Epworth, it’s a community.
