Review and development of processes and procedures supporting effective facility contract administration and management of risks associated with the contracts; Oversight of daily contract administration and Facilities contract management processes including the provision of solution-based recommendations to challenges as they arise in a time critical way; Creating and maintaining monthly reporting relating to status and timelines for renewal of facilities assets tenders and contracts; This role is full time, working 36.25 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO.This role also has the option of a compressed working roster.About yourself Suitability for this position will be based on experience, application, achievement, and potential in the following critical competencies as they link to the key responsibilities for this position.Proven/Demonstrated experience in: High level interpersonal skills, including exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence, negotiate and effectively manage conflict, as well as receiving and sharing of information as part of a team; High level analytical, financial literacy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate ideas for improvement; High level knowledge of supplier engagement and contract management as well as proven history of developing best practice processes to support both;
