Due to our exciting growth, we are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced and reliable Customer Service Coordinator based in Mount Gambier SA.

What the role will involve…
* Coordinate and organise workflow operations by acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors and supervisors.
* Maintain the timely dispatch of work orders to ensure all service delivery key performance indicators are achieved.
* Dispatch scheduled work to supervisors and subcontractors for reactive and planned tasks daily.
* Respond to Clients/Team enquiries.
* Process invoices to clients.
* Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of maintenance and all related admin services.
* Build and maintain relationships with our clients and subcontractors.
* Monitor and control incoming work orders and job requests to meet client expectations and internal KPI’s.
* Respond to reported maintenance issues and communicate efficient and effective responses.
* Build effective working relationships with the Torrens Facility Maintenance Team.
* Maintain and manage accurate data in the Torrens Facility Maintenance database.
Skills and experience…
* Administration in a service-related industry.
* Effective and proactive communication.
* Customer service and working as part of a team.
* Email management, data entry, producing basic reports and schedules.
