Our clinics offer comprehensive General Practice services, and we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients.Role OverviewAs the Practice Manager, you will report to the GP owners of the practice and be supported by an Administrative Support Co-ordinator (2IC) along with outsourced IT and Bookkeeping services. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and effective daily operations of our clinics, providing quality service to both our team and patients.Skills and KnowledgeMedical management experience, preferably in a General Practice.Experience using Best Practice software.Proven success in leading and engaging a multidisciplinary team.A positive and professional attitude with a desire to make a difference in the lives of our patients.Ability to manage day-to-day operations, demonstrating adaptability and multitasking skills.Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.Accreditation experience is desirable.If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to the success of Duchess Medical Practice, we want to hear from you!
