The Opportunity
We are looking for an Auto Glazier Apprentice to join our host, NOVUS Glass, at their Toowoomba workshop. NOVUS Glass provides comprehensive auto glass services, including windscreen repairs, replacements and headlight restoration. As a part of Fix Network World, the global leader in automotive aftermarket services, NOVUS Glass offers a robust training environment.
This four-year apprenticeship will provide you with the skills to become a qualified Automotive Technician and earn your AUR32220 Certificate III in Automotive Glazing Technology.
Job Details
Join a team of professionals who will guide you in mastering the art of automotive glass repair and installation. As an Auto Glazier Apprentice, you will develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge essential to the trade.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Replacing and repairing windscreens
* Measuring and fitting vehicle glass
* Managing stock and inventory control
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service
* Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards

About You
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual with strong communication skills and a readiness to acquire new skills. Experience with light power tools and a construction White Card are advantageous.
The successful candidate will also:
* Be eager to learn and implement new techniques and knowledge
* Demonstrate a solid work ethic and the ability to work effectively with others
* Previous use of light power tools is advantageous
* Must have a construction White Card or be willing to obtain one
* Possess a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* Have the ability to pass a Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen, and Police Check
