To be successful in this role, you should have: A strong background in a Technical Support Engineer role Experience working in a vendor or software company dealing with enterprise organisations Good knowledge across Microsoft Windows server platforms with emphasis on Windows Servers administration, OS and Active Directory Experience with Linux and MacOS In depth troubleshooting experience across complex issues Experience across SaaS / cloud Excellent customer service skills In addition to this, experience with cyber security is also highly sought after.
