However, you'll work closely with the national service team and the field service teams that are based at the following locations: - Port terminal Large manufacturing and warehouse facilities Intermodal container handling facilities Branch locations The role You'll enjoy being a member of the national service team and working closely with national service responsibilities. Reporting into the state service manager you will be responsible for;- Perform the Warranty administration of the daily site service operation Collate information to enable the successful submission of warranty claims Provide ongoing reporting of Warranty WIP status and credit returns Assist with processing warranty claims for divisions associated with HT Analyses Technician working hours on warranty service orders Create purchase orders and or organise quotes for approval up line Responsible for: processing of finalised service orders to invoice warranty service orders with high quality and on time The roster and hours 3 days working week - enjoy the flexibility of choosing your working days Working hours are typically 7.00am - 3.30pm however there is some flexibility around this Your skills and experience You will come from a warranty service administration background and come experienced in the following areas; - Previous experience in automotive, transport/ logistics or heavy industry Excellent customer service skills and strong relationship building qualities High attention to detail and accurate with work delivery Ability to multitask and work with a high level of organisation Team player and can work autonomously Strong work ethic and a passion for what you do The opportunity and why apply This is a great opportunity to secure a part time permanent role with a highly regarded and reputable OEM in Sydney.
