Description The Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Marketing & Product professional to join our Marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a permanent, full-time position, ideally based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, however flexible for the right person. The Product Marketing Manager is a pivotal to our Marketing team and will working closely with the Go-to-Market (GTM) team to align Product Development, Marketing strategies, and Sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between the Product, Marketing, and Sales functions, ensuring that our offerings resonate with their intended target market, ultimately driving business growth. What will your typical week look like? Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Identify market opportunities and provide data-driven insights to the Marketing, Product Development and extended GTM teams Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market plans for new product launches and updates Define product value propositions, positioning, and messaging to differentiate our offerings in the market Equip the Sales team with insights and tools to drive pipeline velocity and increase win rate, by assisting with the development of Sales collateral, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and battle cards Work with the Marketing team to develop case studies, testimonials, and user stories to enhance credibility and trust with prospective customers Let’s talk about you The successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes: Proven experience in Product Marketing, preferably within the financial services, consulting or technology industry Experience in B2B Marketing or SaaS industry Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Marketing principles, and Sales processes Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Experience with CRM and Marketing automation tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred) Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance coupled with ability to measure and optimise product adoption and pipeline Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or other reporting platforms More about the perks Dynamic work environment – supporting employees to work from home and office Supportive team environment, on the job training provided EAP access supporting a healthy work-life balance Exciting project scope with ability to get your hands dirty and make a real impact Why Findex?
