About the role:As the Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the QLD office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key responsibilities: Provide high quality, efficient and friendly first point of contact and customer service to members and non-members, via email, phone and in person. Assisting with all membership applications and renewals. Data entry and database management. Invoice management Supporting other business units when required, for example event and training coordination. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, ordering office supplies and other ad hoc office duties as required. To be successful you will have: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Excellent phone manner, and confident in engaging with members over the phone and face to face. Strong organisational skills that demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and work within a team. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in using various technology systems/platforms i.e. Microsoft products and databases. Prior experience working within a member association would be advantageous although not essential.
