As they continue to expand, Champagne Recruitment is seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Officer (2-3 days per week) to join their team and help attract the best talent across their stores.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process for a variety of roles across stores, distribution centres, and corporate office.Work closely with department managers to identify hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and internal referrals.Screen and shortlist candidates for a range of roles.Conduct interviews and facilitate assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience, keeping applicants engaged throughout the recruitment process.Oversee the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and key metrics to the executive team.Keep up to date with market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve processes.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the retail or fast-paced service industry.A strong understanding of volume recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.A team player who is passionate about finding and securing top talent.Knowledge of supermarket industry trends is a plus but not essential.Why Join The Team?
