About the role As an Online Content Author at Coles Group, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence and driving user engagement across Coles Online. This full-time, permanent position involves authoring and managing a diverse array of content workflows, including landing pages, email campaigns, product pages, and digital hubs, all aimed at improving conversions for our CFC (Coles Fulfillment Centre) pages.You will support the Content Manager and Coordinator in delivering high-quality content, focusing on long-tail SEO strategies to boost organic traffic. Collaborating closely with the CFC marketing team, you will create compelling landing pages that effectively respond to off-platform campaigns.In this role, you will manage AEM backend workflows, ensuring compliance with content creation rules, retirement, and redirection processes. Adhering to brand guidelines, you will maintain a consistent tone and style across all content, while also proofreading and editing to ensure error-free delivery.Your responsibilities will also include managing target workspaces, audiences, and personalized experiences, as well as identifying and resolving bugs to enhance content functionality. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented content creator with a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to delivering exceptional online experiences.
