The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Atrium team.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
1. Ability to lead by example and motivate a team of kitchen professionals
2. Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food
3. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast paced kitchen.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
4. Working knowledge of HACCP
5. Similar experience as a Chef de Partie
6. Specialty with Wok and/or Breakfast will be highly regarded
Qualifications
Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
