Our water group has secured multiple long-term framework contracts and significant career-defining major projects with key water authority clients across Australia and locally in South-East Queensland. This has created a great opportunity for experienced Civil Engineers to join our team in either our Brisbane or Gold Coast offices. About the role: We have a healthy workload focused on water supply and sewerage schemes with key water authorities in South-East Queensland and as such, we are seeking determined professionals to join our thriving team. You will join a dynamic and skilled team that works on water infrastructure projects, not only locally but across the APAC region. As a Civil Engineer, you will provide professional engineering skills in the areas of water and sewerage infrastructure along with the following: Provide project technical leadership including Client liaison, Design Manager and Project Manager responsibilities and project team leadership including mentoring of graduates. Perform civil engineering tasks as required which may include engineering design drawings, calculations, reports, design criteria, to support our water infrastructure projects. Assist with developing and managing the project scope including cost estimates, budget, staffing and schedule. Work collaboratively with our local clients and colleagues across SEQ, Australia and the wider Asia Pacific business. Partner with a diverse client base from local government, industry and private development. About you: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering – Civil or Environmental Engineering or equivalent. Chartership/ RPEQ or working towards is highly regarded. Relevant professional experience in engineering and consulting within the water industry. Strong technical experience in potable water supply, gravity and pumped sewerage systems, and recycled water networks. Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants for regional and urban water authorities (highly desirable but not essential). Expertise with dealing with a range of clients and stakeholders including local authorities, government bodies and commercial companies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
