Job Description: Assistant Reservations Manager
This role involves assisting with the daily operation of specific shifts within the Reservations team.
You will drive business into our properties to increase occupancy levels and provide exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing Groups segment strategy implementation and quotations.
* Assisting in the management of staff training and performance.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a Supervisory role, preferably in a Hotel/Resort environment.
* Experience with Opera Cloud, Excel, Microsoft, and Hotel loyalty programs.
* Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
