This role is based in Perth, Australia, and reports to the Service Sales Divisional Manager.Who You Are Excellent negotiation skills and business acumenStrong commercial orientationAbility to lead and motivate othersAbility to build and maintain relationshipsStrategic perspectiveOpen-minded and flexibleAbout the Job You will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy for the service sales growth in Oceania with a focus on Alfa Laval Products and Services in the Energy Division in accordance with the assigned targets and local sales company/divisional strategy and targets.Responsible for leading, developing, and securing a high-performing sales team in line with the Alfa Laval culture.Although the role is based in Perth, you will be required to travel to visit customers across the South Australia & Victoria region with some travel to our Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth offices.Key Tasks Business Ownership of service sales growth & profitability in all Business Units within the Energy Division across Oceania including:Profit & Loss responsibilityOperate within compliance framework (business, contracts, etc.) & authorization matrixBusiness strategy – Adapt global BU strategies to formulate local & regional strategyAnnual Handshakes and quarterly reviews with Business UnitsMarketing plan preparation with assistance / guidance from marketingPlan & execute Communications & Commercial Excellence activities with Marketing teamBusiness Development activities – digital channels, social media, etc.Quarterly Forecasting – submission & successful deliveryCustomer allocation & segmentationSales Performance Management for each team memberService Sales growth through Channels and other ways to marketKey Account Management – identify, plan & execute business growth plansPricing management through transactional pricing for the Spare Parts businessPrepare & implement pricing strategy by application, customers for other AS scopesMarket intelligenceStakeholder ManagementCoordination and interface with local Customer Support Team and the country sales team (NZ)Sales process / Sales tools / CRM proper usageWhat you Know University degree or similar in either business or sales managementPreferably several years of managerial experienceExperience in negotiations, and to work in a cross-functional environmentKnowledge of Alfa Laval products would be an advantage, but not essentialClosing Date for Applications: 30th November 2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
