Pro rata remuneration package based on full-time equivalent value of up to $132,289 p.a., comprising salary range of $107,960 - $115,604 p.a. (full-time) or $54.44 - $58.30 p.h. This role practices in all areas of TCHS: Discharge Coordination, Post-Acute Nursing Care, Community Assessment and Case Management, Post-Acute Wound Clinic, Intake and Community Intravenous Program. Role requirements Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory. Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate. Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
