The Tasmanian Audit Office is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our dynamic Corporate Support and Strategy team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative and clerical support, including managing inboxes, preparing reports, and undertaking financial reporting and administration.
* Assist with end of month processing, including payment processing and financial reporting for the Office.
* Organise and schedule events, meetings, training, and other appointments, including corporate functions, travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Support senior staff in their research and analysis of policies and procedures.
* Undertake project-related tasks as assigned by senior staff.
* Administer the Office's electronic document and records management system, resolving issues in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
* A recognised Certificate III or higher qualification related to the responsibilities of the position.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel and Word.
Salary and Employment Details
$74,783.00 to $80,835.00 per annum (Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 3)
Permanent, flexible employment type with 73.50 hours per fortnight available.
Hobart location with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
