We're seeking a Training Manager to lead a dedicated team in New South Wales.
In this role, you'll lead the delivery of the state-wide training plan within a portion of the state, driving continuous improvement in our training, assessment and professional development delivery.
Your mission is to ensure the seamless implementation of the Training and Exercise Plan across the state, deploying capabilities effectively.
With a close-knit team of direct reports, you'll foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, tackling challenges including geographically dispersed activities, engaging with stakeholders, and the complexities of volunteer organisations.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrable knowledge and experience Thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, and/or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months Strong team management and training background Proficiency in project and stakeholder relationship management Effective facilitation of project delivery Strong planning and time management skills, including excellent writing and structured approach Competency in financial management Accountability and performance management skills Ideal candidate has experience in Registered Training Organization (RTO) operations How to apply
