Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for managing customer bookings and relationships within our service department. Whether you're experienced in the automotive industry or have strong customer service skills and are eager to learn, we'd like to hear from you!Responsibilities include:Ensuring all customer requirements and commitments are met in a timely mannerProviding a customer-focused experience, striving to exceed expectationsGenerating quotes and advising guests on any additional work requiredMonitoring the progress of vehicles in the service department and providing updatesMeeting and exceeding manufacturer CSI targetsLiaising with the workshop and parts departmentsThis customer-focused role combines elements of sales and automotive knowledge.
