Requirements
* Recent experience providing technical support efficiently and effectively.
* Technical skills in:
o Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Group Policies, Autopilot, and video conferencing solutions.
o Active Directory, AAD, Exchange, MS Office Suite, Intune, Autopilot, Citrix, antivirus tools, network protocols, SCCM, and Nexthink.
o Laptops, desktops, printers, routers, mobile devices, and network equipment.
* Possession of a strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate effectively.
